PivotChart can create pie charts and bar charts. There may be more but those were ones I was able to figure out. I created a bar chart based on average personal estate income and number of households who are enrolled in college. This showed that there was a small correlation with a lower number of kids in college with a higher personal estate income which  was a little confusing because I would think the more members in the college the higher your income should be. I think the problem with this idea is how far back this data is from, 1871 that is so the concept of college and its price was probably much different than now. However data visualizations is useful tool in finding correlations and display the data in a way that can be easily accessible to a wide rang of people outside of topics they have not too much knowledge on.

September 3 – moved

I think that it’s natural with most jobs, I feel this will be better prepare me for future careers and prospects in the future. I do have stress with not knowing what I’m doing so far but I feel that probably everyone here has at one time when they stared this job had those same feelings. For my first day here I do feel like this went better than I thought it would go yesterday, but that post about doing a job you don’t know did help with my stress about the this job.

I’m probably most excited for creating a nice looking website and learning more about creating websites. Is WordPress the most common way we will use to create websites for our projects this year?  I think learning the process of using WordPress or something similar is not too overwhelming as it first seems and just taking time to learn about is definitely rewording.
