I ran my site through the WAVE accessibility checker with the updated theme this time. I’ve heard good things about it. When I ran it through my site, it gave it a good rating, aside from some issues with the text at the bottom of the home page. After reviewing WAVE and running it on a few other sites to see how it works, I really liked how it gave feedback and showed what needed to be fixed. In the future, I plan to remember the site. When using other sites, errors come up with “What it Means,” “Why it Matters,” “What to Do,” “The Algorithm… in English,” and Guidelines. It would be so much easier to fix the problems and learn from them in future website creation. With Todd, this will be best for the website we plan on creating and should be an amazing resource for me.
